We currently offer monthly memberships and punch cards at various price levels. You are able to attend any of our High Intensity or Yoga classes with either membership.

We have a state-of-the-art facility conveniently located on Lake Chelan. Our address is 157 Dietrich Road, Chelan. Please drive 20MPH or less through the neighborhood.

In Barn Strong you will learn strength training techniques from body weight movements to kettlebells and even Olympic weightlifting; working through progressions in fundamental movement patterns. In every class, you'll experience a fun mix of strength movements, gymnastics, plyometrics, kettlebells, and cardio conditioning. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, you will walk away from this class sweaty, feeling STRONG and ready to LEARN more. Classes are smaller in size. Barn Bootcamp is a fun and challenging 60 min functional strength training/HIIT class with focus on perfect form. We use a variety of equipment from med balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, battling ropes, TRX, and bands to create an awesome workout with modifications for all levels. Larger class sizes.

Hi, I'm Christina~ I began practicing yoga in 2013, and have never looked back. I love the mobility, flexibility, and mind-body awareness yoga brings into my life. I also LOVE CrossFit! I think CrossFit & Yoga are the perfect combination. Yoga helps stretch out sore muscles, but also keeps us flexible & strong for the heavy lifting. The Barn is a very special place to me. The community, the great workouts, and the beautiful space is what keeps me consistent. I mainly teach Hot Yoga, but you'll see me teach a few Restorative classes here and there. I love to sweat, work hard, and it's even more fun to do it together! Ill see you in class 🙂

Teaching yoga is one of the highlights of my life! I have been practicing for over 20 years, and I feel lucky to share yoga's benefits, inside and out, with my students. Hot Hatha yoga is my primary practice at The Barn, and my style is highly instructive. I can also be found teaching Power or Restorative yoga from time to time. I love to connect with my students, help them work through challenges, and celebrate wins with them.
